My dealer bought from this old mexican lady who had abuncha kids, grandkids, and dealt weed. Well, she took in these two retarded twins (they were 16 I think) to live with her, she got paid for it apparently. We talked to them and stuff, and they smoked weed, drank alcohol, and worked with her husband doing some construction stuff. They weren't severely retarded, just mildly. They liked it there i think. Everyone was always really nice to them and talked about how they could drink a ton more then everyone else and stuff.
