In my experience with Rhino, they provided what they stated, although it took a lot over a month; maybe others have had better arrival times, not sure. And, after the initial confirmation, they wouldn't even answer an e-mail.
Not really meaning to bitch so much about any business, things happen, sometimes it depends on who receives your e-mail, lots of things. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt to any honest merchant, but still, customer service is an unknown term to many nowadays...
