Weird Hallucinations

I have these very strange hallucinations at specific times most always they make me feel insane but occasionally it's pretty cool.

#1. Right before I go to sleep: Right after I lay down and Im ready to sleep if I am really sleepy then when I close my eyes I will hear people talking to me such as a friend saying something totally random like "the dog is on fire" and ill be like "wtf..." to myself. Like the other night I had my eyes closed and I was trying to drift asleep when I heard a broom drop. After a few seconds of sorting the matter out in my head I relized that it was another strange auditory hallucination. I don't really get many visuals during the Pre-sleep time I am talking about but I do hear many things. I'm starting to get the feeling it's my meletonin levels reacting to the darkness? Becuase I get similar effect when im high just like x10.

#2 A change in my environment: Yeah, it was weird I went to mexico with a church group I had never before really talked to I didn't havemy parents or any friends with me and during the third day I noticed a soda can wiggling on it's on towerd my side while traveling in the car (this didn't scare the crap out of me because I have seen a similar breathing effect while on other drugs which did scare me the first time) then I saw a cigarette in my preachers hand, I turned away and then went "WHOA" I looked back and expecting to see the cig. still there it was never there in the first place during the 4th and 5th day I would feel literally insane hearing the voices in my head at night of my preacher and friends from back home ( AND WOW when i closed my eyes I saw mexico... the shops , the people) and it was crazy I wanted it all to stop but I could not stop it. During the night my hallucination were the most vivid. again.. I think this could be from my meletonin levels at night.

I hope someone here has this problem like me I must sound crazy to you who claim to not here crazy voices at night. Oh well.

same here man thought i was just paranoid.i here stuff in my attick and my ceiling, and ill see people standing in the reflection of pictures on the wall when i walk by somewhat fast.its gets pretty scary sometimes. your not alone man.

church group? case sounds solved to me. IMO going to church causes one to see many things and hear many things that just arent there.
