The cabinet is made out of wood and the light bulbs i have access to will be putting out lots of heat along with the light. Since i'll be running the light upto 16 hours/day starting out i'm worried that the heat will build up inside taht cabinet and maybe burn it or even worse catch fire. As if that isn't bad enough i read the warning label on that little portable light and it says to not use more than a 60 watt bulb in it to "avoid possiblity of fire". So i need your guys input on whether or not i should chance this and put a 75 watt or 150 watt bulb in there.
I was also wondering if i did put a 75-150 watt bulb in there could i lessen the chance of fire by putting a fan inside the cabinet and let it run while the light runs? Please keep in mind i can't do anything fancy and this is pretty much what i have to work with because i have to hide this from my religous conservative parents. PLZ any suggestions on my situation are welcome and plz answer as soon as possible plzzz.
If it's rated for 60 they mean it!!! DON'T ever exceed that rated limits.
