I don't know about the south. Not all bad I suppose. Wife and I took a trip to SanDiego last year...beautiful area. But real estate is nuts out there. Maybe Arizona...Would be fun to spend some time wandering the desert.

Got a buddy that moved to Arizona a couple years back. Gotta wear gloves when you ride or your hands will cook from the heat comin off the road. My bro lives in the San Diego area...he likes it but its not really my bag. Ya dude, we'll have to hook up some time for a toke! :thumbsup:

Yep....that highway 8 down along the border. Your handgrips melt...and when you wipe your forehead with your hand you leave a black mark. The good thing about that stretch of road is that you can pull to the side, get off your bike, click a couple of pictures, get back on and ride away before another vehicle comes by.
San Diego is too crowded...not the safest place to ride.
