flowering at 3 weeks

i have read on other threads that flowering after 2 weeks will grow into a nice little plant? is this true, im not looking for a huge yeild just wondering what would happen if i turned my lights to 12/12 at 3 weeks (its getting its 4th node)

3 weeks is a bit premature i think :s wait for a fifth node and the next week or so

I think u should put it into flowering now if you are really anxious, but it definately not to early if your anxious and anent looking 2 a huge yeild
