Even if we had a small chance of legalizing it, there wouldn't be a chance. It is like ammending the constitution. There would have to be a revolution to resolve this issue. I do believe I can dictate wether I want a foreign substance in my body or not, but I am thirteen and it may not be in my lifetime in which we can chose what we can put in our body. But I praise whoever takes a stand to the feds and go "No that's not right!!".
