I think A Saucerful of Secrets is their best or comes even with Meddle. The song Remember A Day is a spin out.

There's just so many good Floyd albums. All of the ones already mentioned are great. The soundtrack to the film More is also pretty awesome. They're just starting to get that Meddle/Dark Side sound but the songs are much shorter, probably becaus it's a soundtrack. Still some great stuff.
Anyone like Roger Waters' Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking? It was Waters' first post-Floyd album but he wrote it at the same time he wrote The Wall so it still is very Foydish. Eric Clapton takes Gilmore's place on guitar. I saw Waters in concert when he was touring with this Album back in '84 or '85. It was the first real concert I had ever been to and totally blew my mind.

Personally I think the wall is just a tad bit overated...I mean it's good and all...but doesn't seem as solid as many of their other albums.
A Saucerful of Secrets is the best album of all time to listen to on opiates (morphine, codeine, etc..)
