Apparently from what I saw on the tube part of the initiation is to tell your first sexual experiences to the free mason group which can be a large crowd which you address at a podium.

My Grandfather was a free mason. He said these are the groups that actually run this country . He wouldnt talk too much about it though because he says it is a secret society and they are sworn to secrecy about certain things and loyalty is paramount.
