Clones are cuttings that have been taken from a plant and rooted turning them into their own standalone plants. If something is available only as clones it means the mother and father plants that once produced the original cross are no longer available. So, you can't grow your own "version" of said cross from seed.

Seeds that produce clone-like plants are from companies like FemaleSeeds.nl. They've taken the time to remove unwanted genetic characteristics from their strains so each seed produces a similar looking/tasting/smoking/smelling plant.
