Any pre-made self contained solution?

I've seen some cool things on the net, but what I'm perhaps looking for is
something that is inexpensive, coule perhaps fit in a closet, and be self
contained (ie. timed watering, timed lighting, ozone generator, etc.)??

It's not essential, but I feel with the net so huge, there may be a surefire
way to easily control all aspects of growing from lighting, to watering to odor
control and beyond. Shit, if not make one that includes a permanent ph
meter, etc.

Those systems are easy to find but they are far from cheap. They will cost 2k or more even for small ones. The larger ones cost up to 8k plus shipping or trucking is more like it.
