i just took some diphenhydramine and im waiting for effects to come on but im getting hella scared. what can i tell myself not to be afraid, cuz i know if u have a bad attitude going into a trip, ur gonna have a bad trip. sorry for posting in the lounge but the other phycotripics probably wouldnt respond very quickly.

Please don't be scared, you're attitude has a major impact on what kinda trip you have (Good/Bad). Try to think of it as another world you are getting ready to enter, a journey... Just don't be scared.

Well, how much did you take? As long as you didn't overdo it, you'll be good. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital for hallucinating on it too much.

i took 350 mg in intervals (100, 100, 100, 50) i thought i saw a cat but it was my brother's clothes. shit just started to shake but it want away and twice now something really fast like a big flys around. damnit i dont know if im trippin or not. btw, the first 300 mg was like 2 hours ago and the last 50 was like 1/2 hour ago. Btw im a lightweight, so dosage shouldnt be the problem.
