pot changes people

My buddy went to college and started smoking several times a day , now hes different . All he cares about is smoking , its all thats on his mind. We cant hang out like we used to cause its ALL he think about . Whatever .. seeing how weed changed him makes me wanna quit all together. Not saying it changes everyone the same way ,,, but there is a chance it can change your personality , and not for the better.

Maybe he likes being high and doesn't wanta hang out with someone who is against him getting high all the time. I guarantee he would much rather hang out with you if you just accepted the fact that he's a pothead like 95% of us in here. How has it made him a worse person?

Some people and im one of em get addicted to things and doing things very quick. Its like once we find something we like to love to do we just want to do it as much as possible, its like we arent happy unless we are obsessed or addicted to something and if we arent doing it we dont feel right. I love smoking too much which is bad cause i have asma and i still wont slow down even though my gurl wants me to and i wake up throwing up sometimes and breathing when i first wake up is hard

Theres so many different kinds of smokers that you really cant generalize the smoker as a whole. Its like defining a race. People go in cycles let it ride.

Sounds like your friend doesn't give MJ the respect she deserves. Newb smokers always overdo it and abuse the sacred herb. He'll get over it eventually, when he realizes that he's taken all the fun out of his smoking ritual by giving himself an insane THC tolerance.

I also have a friend that is obsessed with smoking, he's the closest I've seen to a reefer addict. But he als has a passion for pitbulls, he's always telling me about the latest book he read about breeding and such, he can also tell you the geneology of all his dogs going back six or seven generations.
People just get obsessed with stuff from time to time, I smoked every day alot more than four times a day for like two years when I lived with a friend who was dealing(and this was chronic not shwag) then one day I just sort of got bored with it for awhile. I stopped smoking for several months even though everyone around me still blazed constantly. when I started again I smoked much less frequently. you friend will probably go through a similar cycle.
If not just club him over the head, stuff him in a large sack and haul him off to rehab. JK, that's terrible.

oh man. i have a friend that is fucking terrible with pot
let me enlighten you

when hes not high, hes really boring, quiet, and kinda depressed
but when hes high, hes the funnest person ive ever hung out with.
so im in quite a bind.

but, he NEVER has money, NEVER has weed, NEVER has anything.
i drive around, smoke him up, and buy food and shit...

what pisses me off more, if we're at a house and theres alot of people there, ill say, dont let them know i have weed because theyll all mooch, and he'll go ahead and want to smoke my weed with them and ill get really pissed and not smoke

and we'll smoke, and 10 minutes later he'll want to go back out and smoke again. and he'll do this until he passes out from smoking too much and getting too tired. it really sucks, but at the same time, ive had my best adventures and joke with this kid. oh well. im sure it might pay off someday.

Why do you care if he likes to toke a lot? I don't see how that's changed him for the worse =/ Go back to DARE class.
