You're correct in that .2 is part of the whole.. but it's 2/10, or 20 cents to the dollar.

So you said "My 20 cents"

The correct phrase is "My 2 cents", not "my point two cents" or "my .2 cents"

I think we need a new MOD who would be more active and use there power more often because at the moment there are a bunch of topics that need moving and some that need to be closed for spamming and flaming.
