I think we need a new MOD who would be more active and use there power more often because at the moment there are a bunch of topics that need moving and some that need to be closed for spamming and flaming. I really don't think having a poll to vote for a new mod would work...
....lots of people would just vote for who they get along with best or who is funniest....it should be down to the current mods who they would like to recruit to their team....imo

All new mods are chosen personaly by Ron, its how its always worked. And yes i do think we need at least one mroe mod, this place is starting to get ran over.
