My favorite movie is Killing Zoe, it is violent, fucked up, and there's a sex scene in the first 10 minutes. It's a dark comedy and a love story (kinda of, lol) and a gory action movie all in one. Disease, you should check it out...it's a Roger Avery film, but Quentin Tarentino was a producer, you'll like it.
