@orangeman: dude, i have thé proposition for ya. grind up your stuff really good, and i do mean really, like put that stuff in a peppermill or something, and break out the Phillies (i always use 'em too, the Master blunt )
before you start rolling away, gently dip the bluntwrap in Cognac, Courvoisier if you have the green, which i presume since you smoke an 1/8 in one blunt, and that's a privilege.
so, hang the bluntwrap above your stove for 1 night, gently soaking and aromatising in the cognac (or brandy, tomatoe, tomaaatoo)
when you wanna start rolling, spray the bluntwrap a bit with a little more cognac, in order to be moist enough to roll, and burn longer.
roll up the spliff, and finish off with a filter tip that is not too "open" at the end, by that i mean don't let the smoke gush out after you had a toke.


I assure you, the use of real Cognac on day-old Bluntwraps WILL even get you a little drunk AND will prolong the lifespan of the blunt.
