A mate of mine knows a big dealer and he sells to smaller dealers for 100 and it is good. Then the smaller dealer sells in 1/8's and 1/4's and make 60 quid profit.

Now this would be lovely if true, but what's the likelyhood of it being kinda crappy weed?
