Allergic to Marijuana

I really believe that you can be allergic to marijuana. I've tried it several times, all of them were horrendous and the worst experiences of my life. I have done other drugs and they ended up like it was supposed to. The only drug that I will never do again is marijuana.

The first times I used it, it was good, with only about 5 minutes of an "allergic reaction". But it got worse and worse. But then one day it lasted for about 5 hours and was way too intense to enjoy it at all. The feeling was as if all of the feeling I had was going down, into a different dimension even, and my heart was beating extremely fast. I was lying on a bed for most of the time, with my arms against my chest. I could feel my heart beating on my arms and that scared me. Sometimes it'd feel like I was stuck feeling the same thing (for example, I felt like I was still lying down but I was definitly standing up.) for 10 seconds and then my feeling would rush back with me, where I was. It shouldn't have been that scary, but for some reason, I was so frightened. I even realized that it wasn't too bad, but I was still scared to death for no reason.

And I'm sure the shit wasn't laced. I've smoked approxamtely 5 times and it's came from different people, and the people I smoked with didn't feel the same thing. And it's been the same feeling each time.

Anyone think that I'm possible allergic to marijuana?

dude. that just sounds liek u got some dank ass bud. thats a good thing man, if i could trip like that on weed id be a happy man. mayb smoke some schwag next time, or take smaller rips if u dont want to get that high.

Like, all of my muscles were tensing up (probably because I was scared for no reason) and I was twitching a lottt.

But it wasn't that cool at all. I thought I was dieing for a while, or at least I wanted to die because it was scary.

Recently, like 3 days ago, I was around some second-hand marijuana smoke and I felt slightly like that, but not enough to freak out.

DUDE same thing happens to me when i smoke mj... ALL the time, i tried alone, with friends, always the same thing. All my body muscles are twiching very fast, it stresses me, and the more im stressed, it twiches even more.

I think that at the same time you are smoking, you are having a panic attack... U can check out the symptoms, its when ur body produces adrenalin for nothing, and u get really scared for nothing...

It did it to me 3 times, it seems that since i got scared the first time, my body is used to getting scared when i smoke mj, so all the time, i get that same feeling. Sometimes my muscles are so tense, all my body starts shaking...

Anyways, dunno what to do about that..

those are interesting experiences, but definetly not symptoms of an allergic reaction. youve just been on some bad trips.

Symptoms that may indicate a moderate or severe reaction include:

Swelling of the face, eyes, or tongue
Difficulty swallowing
Wheezing
Fear or feeling of apprehension or anxiety
Abdominal cramps or abdominal pain
Nausea and vomiting
Weakness
Dizziness or light-headedness
Chest discomfort or tightness
Difficulty breathing
Unconsciousness

Yeah, that's deffinetaly not allergic reactions. I didn't think it was possible to have a bad high on weed, but I guess it happened to you. Sorry to hear it.

Well I myself have a very low tollerance to THC, and i have had difficulty breathing/decreased respiration,
when i first started smoking i had alot of muscle jerks, on my 13 time or so i started getting muscle stiffness/ridgidity,clenching, though when i smoke about half the amount it's down considerably, but i just think it's from extremely low tollerance

Didn't read topic but it is possible to be allergic to marijuana.
