Getting drugs via courier has been going on in NYC for... Well probably hundreds of years. What is so new about this? When I was living there for a few months I had a number I could call and this dude would show up on a bike. A pretty scary looking dude too. He would have a box filled with several different kinds of pot and a lot of other drugs.

It was my understanding that this has been going on in NYC, like I said, for a LONG time...
