i saw these pictures of a pair of lungs from a teenage smoker that had been smoking heavily for 7 years and there were like 3 spots the size of quarters(the coin). so you would have to first smoke up a couple pounds before you would get anything worth smoking, but then you would be dead........so thats a bummer
