yeah it does kick alot, but not as much as youd think, because i made a rubber bolt buffer for the rearward kick, and also i fabbed a compensator for the front for the upward kick. the cool thing is, although i dont know how to do it, my dad can change the rate of fire by changing the sear spring rate or somehting. we got it up to 1200 rpm before the barrel started smoking. also, im planning on fabricating a drum magazine for it next month when i can shoot it outside. the cops came cause i shot a round into my back yard, and they wanted to fire it. also, my father made a synthetic stock for it, which reduced the weight to like 11 lbs. we have the rate of fire at about 600 RPm now. still some crazy shit. it has a heavy barrel on it, so is suitable for sniper work too. will do a 2 inch group from a bench at 300 yds.
