in astral projection, there is the corridore of time, where you can veview the past, and prepare for the future...


im pretty sure you cannot interact with either, astrally. but you can go and look (if you can project).

as for physically moving about in time, just wait a few years. might be a decade, might be less but in time, the three worlds will come together and intigrate their laws to make a more fitting world for humans...
