This may be a n00b question, but does the P.O. really take you to JAIL just for testing positive for marijuana that wasn't even a state-mandated drug test?

Sounds flawed to me. But then again, so is the legal system.

Finally put my mom over the edge. okay well my mom has caught me alot of times and done nothing about it besides telling me shes going to do somthing about it but never does. well today she found a lighter in my pocket of my jeans and she said there was 'marijuana residue' on the back. well i think this last time just finally really pissed her off so now shes saying shes going to piss test me eveyr two weeks and if i fail shes calling my probation officer. i just wanted to see if u guys think it would be safe to maybe smoke Rating: 5

no you see im on a probation where he dosent test me unless my parents want him too and my mom is going to test me a few times herself just like at the hospital or somthing and if i test positive she will tell my p.o. and he will test me and if i test positive on that im fucked

Shitty, yeah if it wasn't at school you would of been cool. The school rides the cops ass to get you in as much trouble as they can. If it was any where else they probably would of just taken it away from you and give you a slap on the wrist.
