Baby, if you wanna really trip on Diphenhydramine then I suggest a dosage no less then 400 mg BUT no more then 550 mg unless you want to risk myocardial infarction. And do it alone... that way you'll trip the fuck out. If you're with a friend or something there will most likely just be alot of "huhs" and "whats".
