OK basic setup is Those energy saving lights, CFL, or the fluorescent tubes theyre pretty good, the spectrum will have to cool white for veg and warm white for flowering, of course the more lights the merrier. Then get good quality soil ( yes the expensive ones VIP) a timer !! A desk fan... 3 or 5 gallon pots (if transplanting then http://boards.cannabis.com/showthrea...=transplanting ) To make maximum use of the light which is your plants most basic necessity make the space as small as possible (temps need to be kept down though 20 25 celsius) Mylar the place completely.. if not then use the dull side of tin foil
