you were already inside the cruiser and THEN getting handcuffed and your rights read to you? They didnt do this before hand... does seem like the order of things... I could ask my Youth and Law teacher but Im to lazy, unless you want me to or if anyone else can determine if it is an unlawful arrest.

Did they have an arrest warrant?
