Some apartments have their own rules and have an agrement with the postal service to only allow mail to residents to be delivered.

I have used that same company many, many times before and had no problems with them at all.

They have been responsive and cool about the whole ordeal, but I still haven't gotten my seeds. I had them sent, under and alias, to my address. It was supposedly returned. So I had ship to a friend's address with the same alias. Hopefully they arrive soon. Can anyone tell me what constitutes an invalid address? I posed the question to HS, but didn't get a response to this particular question. Rating: 5
