I asked a variety of women in person not if they test men, or why, but how.
You'll hear all sorts of responses. Sometimes you have to dig a little.

I asked one woman. "How do you test men?"
She says, "I don't know what your talking about".
I persist. And she says....
"I flirt with other men at a party and see if the one I like gets uptight or stays cool".

(The Golden Rule: Never, let her see you get possessive/jealous verbally or in body language).

I asked another woman. " How do you test men?"
She says, "I don't think I actually test men. What I do is find his opinion on something, tell him I feel the opposite and then watch him rationalize or change his opinion to match mine". (Rule: hold your opinion)

I asked another woman, (Elle McPherson look alike), "How do you test men?"
She says, "I ask them to wash and wax my car after the first date. I have the brightest camaro in Seattle." (Rule: Dont be a chump, LOL!)


I asked another woman, (A business owner), "How do you test men?"
She says, "I try and change the plans for the evening. Whatever he wants to do, I tell him I'd rather do something else." HMMMM.
Does anyone ever say "no"?
"Dave, you have eyes look at this body, what do you think?
But don't you want someone who tells you "no" once in a while.
She says, "You make him, and I'll go out with him".

(Rule: stick to your plan that you both agreed on for the evening).

The key things I found out is to not take testing personally, it does not contradict a high interest level, (even nice girls test). Remember she was born to test your limits and keep you on your toes.
