with an apple u get a pen and make a hole to the middle. and then make a little hole at the top that goes down to the hole in the middle. then just hit it like a pipe.

or.. use a chili pepper - those long ones not the bell pepper.
cut a hole near the stem end for the bowl & cut the short end to breathe smoke in. it's pretty cool cuz the pepper seeds acts kidda like a filter. so bascially smoke it like a piece
