How much ascorbic acid, (vitamin c) do you take each day?
For the people in the UK... my girlfriend always buys those Innocent fruit smoothies in the big carton...well expensive, like almost £3 in sainsburys. Apparently one glass contains a shit load of goodness, they work best as cotton-mouth-killer...as does any fresh OJ.
