In Denver they did legalize it but then the state stepped in and said "hey you cant just make it legal, the state law still has it illegal and so you still cant do it" which is complete bullfuck. But, I do beleive that it will become legal (if you are 21 just like beer) in the US by the time im 21. Its already happening in Denver, so why not everywhere else?
