recently it was legalized in denver but you have to be 21 (sucks) but they said that its a city law and not a state law, and I think I read somewhere that the state can still charge you for possesion or something like that, correct me if I'm worng seeing as I'm a bit stoned and my memory's a bit off at the moment, but in my personal opinion they should at least decriminalize it all around the us, it would help the economy along with other problems america has right now
