Best Bubbler Hydro System Nutrient Cycle

What do you think is the best for my system? ( above )

I am thinking the Lucas or the High Nutrient one ( uses floragrow ) but I really dont know a whole lot about nutrient cycles.

I've never used the"Lucas Formula",but i know that you must use "RO"treated water for it,for DWC half of the reccomended dosages will work,topping it off with plain water when needed and changing the solution every two weeks....bonbon http://www.genhydro.com/GH_Feed-Chart.pdf
