What's the difference? And technically it is hair on my head (just on the bottom part).

Is it thick, coarse hair like the hair that people have when they grow a bear (i.e. it doesn't blow in the wind like your soft hair on your head), or is it like the hair on your head, all managable and nice and soft and smooth?
