Authorities say a biology student enrolled in the state's forestry college in Syracuse was doing more than studying plants and trees. State police say they found nearly 250 pounds of processed marijuana and 36-thousand dollars in cash at the home of 22-year-old Adam Hainer, who's originally from the Plattsburgh area.
