Hey Smokers

This November I was in Amsterdam for a couple weeks working on updating my coffeeshop guidebook, the Amsterdam Coffeeshop Travel Companion and found some really good smoke but was not all that satisfied with some strains that won some top votes at the Cannabis Cup. The Willie Nelson from Barney's wasn't cured very well (i'm sure due to the fact it was just days prior to the cup and they were selling pounds of this weed) and I wasn't that impressed with the high. It is a 100% sativa and I expected an uplifting jolt but it never came.....Amnesia still had the top quality smoke and also the Grey area, right around the corner. I also noticed that some of the multiply owned chain shops are really starting to stink.....I also found out that many of the shops are using T.H. Seeds. Try these if you grow, especially S.A.G.E.
If anyone else has been seeing a lack in quality in Amsterdam, give us a shout here! I think that I will visit Vancouver soon........

friend, im afraid if i did goto amsterdam, i would certainly be so high that i could not even complain. living in such a small town, its hard to get real DANKS, instead of good mids posing as danks.

can't forget the space. which is the most important factor...beside patience. did you take any pictures? although i do agree with what the other poster said, hell, atleast you got to attend such a renown event.

No, the S.A.G.E is fantastic, and Barney's normally really puts well cured stuff on the market. The immense flow of people must explain why the bud was a little damp.

Amsterdam is the place to go for any vacation. was there for 2 weeks in November and I had a blast. would be nice to have a cannabis connection from the dam!!!
