that sucks about the ummm.... drug seminars - yeah go really high. when i got caught in my dorm we would only have to pay 50 bucks and its done with. but we would smoke every day - on my floor the ra was a chick so we would go into the mens room and smoke in the handicapped stall because there was a big vent right above the shitter. i dont know if handicapped diets smell horrible or anything but we smoke there all the time. never got caught because the people who came in were always the same and they didnt give a shit. we would even smoke blunts in there.
