Bending plants
no need to tie down at all. just pinch and squeeze the stem and bend it. just dont break it. the stem only gets stronger in that spot and it doesnt seem to harm them at all.
harmonicminor Reviewed by harmonicminor on . Bending plants High, I have some plants growing under shitty lights right now until I order new ones. With the lights I have, the plants were stretching, so I bent the plants from the top; (about 10-14'') down to the top of the dirt and secured it down with a wire. The stems are kinda shaped like a corkscrew now, but the plants are still healthy and growing. Has anyone else done this? If I were to transplant outdoors would the stems straighten out or would it continue to grow as is. Thanks for any info. Rating: 5
