Thank you guys. Thank you alot. I had mentioned I had gotten a "We don't collect until you win lawyer". Well I just got a phone call from them. Come to find out that this guy has an insurance policy of $300,000. We inatially thought it was only $25,000. They tell me there is no way my family can lose this case but I won't be able to settle until late febuary because I still have doctor's appointments to go to before they can finalize it assuming state farm won't fight it. Also I get my yearly tax refund in mid febuary. Too bad it's too late for christmas. But you all can rest assured your caring about my family will be repayed. That is a promise.
