a. Does anyone have a beginning supply list including some sort of caseing (specifically for a small 1 plant grown in confined space)

a specific casing for a single plant is gonna be hard to come by.. the ones that are on the market are INSANELY overpriced... you could build a better one yourself, even if you paid yourself $50/hr for the couple hours you would spend building it + parts would still be alot cheaper than buying one... and better too, since most prefab units kinda suck

b. What is the smallest size enclosure that can be used?

basically as small as you want (within reason) my main growbox is 4ft tall x 3 square feet, but i have grown all fluoro in a 1 square foot box (that i built out of a few pieces of 1x12 that the hardware store will cut for free.. all i did was screw it together, put a lock on the door, and drill a couple holes to attach my vent fans and lighting) with great results, so its up to you

c. The best high grade strain for optimal yield in confined area

lowryder. alot of people bitch about lowryder being 'low potency', but i have seen a lowryder grow FOR SEED that still produced some very nice smoke that got us pretty baked from the little bit of bud there was on it... and i have heard lots of good things about the smoke of lowryder from other growers... all the naysayin is just pot snob bickerin if ya ask me.... however if you wanna listen to it you can get a lowryder cross.. theres plenty out there... or just any full indica strain will stay at or under 3ft... remember you control when flowering starts so you pretty much can control how big the plant will end up getting regardless of what strain you have, *for the most part*

d. Can a complete 'kit' be purchased (consisting of case/box, vent system if needed on such a small grow, appropriate lighting(with temp contr in mind) for sucha small area)?

nope... what do you mean appropriate lighting.. if you have an indoor enclosure then you NEED lighting in there for growth to occur... also ventilation is a must, the plants gotta breath too.. but the only way you could buy a 'kit' being a self contained grow unit all pre built and everything is a huge waste of $$... your looking at thousands on something that has a couple hundred in parts total... and they arent that good of a product to begin with... build your own and save yourself some $$
