I just don't understand how people can go around publicly admitting to their own stupidity. "Hey Matt, did Santa stop by lastnight?" That person would be considered a looney tune if he/she was serious. So why then when we know that there is no such thing as god, and that scientifically it's not possible. our existence is a mystery still to eveyone.. i find that strange...we don't know the origin of the human race..yet we've been around for A LONG ASS TIME. Im guessing we were introduced to the planet after the dinosaurs were wiped out. What the fuck happend after the dino's died, it my question...where did all the new plants, species, and insects spawn from? They would have surely died from whatever the dinosaurs did.

Im guessing this is the reason people believe there is a higher power, or god. Where the fuck else did everything come from. The universe had to be made by something. Mabye this is just the way our dimension works...

what? there's no way human beings arived shortly after the dinosaurs, which was 60 million years ago. the oldest human being is something around 900,000 years ago, the oldest primate we can find that's even related is 7,000,000 years ago. there's at least a good 53 million years between us.

anyway, in regards to where the insects, species, plants came from, they never went anyway. when the meteor hit it blew dust and all sorts of crap into the air, which blocked out the sun for about 3-4 months. it was actually the 100% lack of sunlight for that time period that wiped out most of the species. however, it did not wipe out all life on earth, just most of the dinosaurs and larger/unadaptive life.
plants were wiped out, but their seeds still remained dormant, ready to spread again once the earth settled again.
insects, being so small and very tough creatures, could easily hybernate through such intense conditions, as well as their eggs remaining.
the bigger dinosaurs, such as tyranosauras and other children's favorites, were killed because they were too big to burry down in the some mud, find enough food, and weren't designed to go into deep hybernation. aligators, crocodiles, small lizards, komodo dragons, rodents, these all managed to hide in mud and hunker down for a while.

and yes, cutting down on the shrooms is always good lol
