Anyway is it legal to put slug pills down?

    PARANOIA!
Hmmm...sounds like a dilly of a pickle. Okay,...okay...were these slugs a problem in your yard, or did you buy them knowing they might kill or harm an animal? Okay, to keep a dog or cat from ever shitting on your yard again, yes, pepper powder would work, but is not potent enough. Buy the hottest pepper you can find on your shelf, use it.

We use to have a cat problem shitting in our yards...I used some Cayan pepper, started their asses on fire, no more poop.

And why are you letting your neighbor do this? Go shit on his lawn every morning, that will teach that motherfucker.

Had the same prob with a dog one time. Found that no chemicals were needed. The reason the dog did it in that area is that another one had did it before in that area. So its about territory and marking. Found that peeing in a container and pouring it around the property boarder and his spots stopped it. In the dogs language it says "my area".
