Shit on the lawn on the front of my house. Been going on for a year. Now today I got pissed off to the hilt and went out and bought some pepper powder and some slug repelent pills. I have shaken this stuff all over my lawn.

Now I'm crapping myself. I know the slug things kill animals if eaten. I didn't really want to get at the dog - just the owner (he smashed my car up with a baseball bat in July). So if the dog or any other animal eats it feck!!

Anyway is it legal to put slug pills down?

I had a neighbour that used to let his dog shit in my yard. When I brought it up to him , they decided to encourage it to shit there . So after tracking dog shit into my livingroom one day from my backyard I gathered up my cat litter from 3 cats and dumped it in his back, knocked and told him that I didnt mind trading my cat shit for his dog shit from now on if that is what he preferred.
His dog never shat anywhere but his own yard after that.

Seeing as he has CCTV filming my back garden, my front door and my every move - he sometimes follows me to the shop and films me.

isnt filming someones backyard like illegal? if so, what you should do it smoke some pot right in front of the camera, on your property. because then i believe he cant do a thing about it.
cause i know this lawyer who took a case once, and the case was that the cop saw weed in this kids car. but the lawyer proved that in order to see the weed, the cop must have stuck his head into the car. so the kid was not guilty. and the cop didnt have permission to look in the car.
