High on MDMA for 12 hours now what the fuck

Ok, this is beginning to concern me. Last night, I decided to drop some ecstasy tablets my dealer sold me. I didn't take my daily dose of effexor in the hopes that it would interfere with the role less. I pop one at 11pm, comes on farily quickly, feels like the physical sensation i normally get on MDMA, only without the emotional openness/love/empathy. I attribute this to less serotonin being released due to effexor still in my system. I pop another one an hour and a half later, which according to my dealer was "weak," in the hopes of getting more effects. Seems like more of the same.

Anyway the point is it's now 11am and i'm still really fucking high. Only now, it feels much speedier, my hearts racing, and I just have to move to music. I'm beginning to think one of the pills may have been cut with meth. Does anyone here know if it's possible for mdma to have such substantial affects for so long? Nothing emotional, it's purely physical. Is it normal for methamphetamines to last this long? I mean I really have not come down at all. Any thoughts? Sorry for the incoherent nature of this, I'm a little paranoid right now.

Do you feel more of a body high, and did you see faint visuals?

Completely a body high, and I can't remember seeing any visuals

Nah I have got some of the same kinds of pills before its cut with meth for sure if you get the speedier effects! If it don't feel like a normal roll itz def meth! especially since you can tell the difference! some people deal e that is more meth based unfortunatley thats what ruins it rep with newbies! just have to try your luck next time!

Honestly, I just hope whatever it is it doesn't interact badly with effexor. But it hasn't so far, so I'm hopeful. By the way, what is the normal duration for meth?

A lot of E is cut with speed, and it's hard to differenciate how much.

It definitely wasn't MDA or 2C-B at least those possibilities are eliminated.

Sounds like a heavily cut pill with speed, and it's just keeping you up. What time did you take them?

11pm was the first pill and around 1 for the second

Dang that's a long time. Someone definitely gave you a Yaba. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but from experience SSRIs have no adverse effects with speed.

Smoke some weed, put on some tunes, lie down and close your eyes. Get some sleep and you'll feel better.
