Reefer Rogue Reviewed by Reefer Rogue on . What's better? I'm looking for a bong that's small enough to carry around in a backpack or something like that and can be kept in my car. All of my friends say they would want a RooR bong, and I love PHX's, but the latter might not be on option based on size. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to buy a RooR bong that size, or a PHX, when I already have a $60 bong that's about 1 foot tall but it's just a plain glass bong.
