in need of advice about court

ok, i got caught at school with a small metal pipe and about a half gram of weed. im 15 and im a freshman. i have the choice to go to drug court or normal court and im not sure what to choose.
drug court-
ill get 3 months of counseling
6 months of weekly and random piss tests
i wont have to pay for counseling or the drug tests
if i complete the counseling and tests the charges are waived

"real" court-
ill go to court and the judge will decide what to do, if i get probation i have to pay for the drug tests, and counseling

some people have told me that if i go to normal court ill just get 3 months of probation, if anybody knows what will happen to me at normal court or has any advice it would help alot.oh and i have until the 21st of december to choose.

Hum. I'd go with drug court, deal with their bullshit, argue with the people as much as possible with the opportunity. 6 months later, you're a free man and can smoke to your leisure. Who knows, maybe a break will bring about a period of mental growth?

Drug court, just deal with it all and after 6 months; it'll be like starting over making weed that much more of a blast.

get a public defender if you go to "real" court, the court system for minors is fucked up, they fuck you over as much as possible, so go prepared

well i got ratted out by this guy that was arrested with an 1/8th the day before, the cops told him it would look better for him in court if he snitched on someone, its gonna feel so great when he gets the shit beat out of him, its gonna be hilarious, were gonna take his pants and jacket and leave him in the snow

i have to say thats a pretty harsh sentence for half a gram..ive been caught by the cops with about 2g and they just gave me a lecture and let me go.. gues thats the differnece between Canada and the State

lol i was out with some friends that were taggin one time and some one called the cops on us when we were in a alley and the second we came out of the alley we were crossing the street a cop pulled up and one of my friends ran away and another one dumped a scale and a bag of weed(stress) on the floor behind a wall and the cops found the weed but not the scale and then they searched us and i had a piant marker on me and some bomb ass kush all the cop did was take down my name and take my kush and paint marker. but we all knew they smoker the weed cause it was too bomb to throw away. but they let us go thank god

Go with whatever court allows for reduced sentencing. If you go in there acting generally repentant and sorry for your crime, having been humbled in the face of the law, and say you're ready to learn from your mistakes and go clean, they might reduce the sentence.

After all, a break won't hurt-- it did me loads of mental good, although my break has only been 2 months so far--and you did learn your lesson: don't get caught!!
