BETTER BUTTER

Hiya folks,

Being new here, I'm not sure whether if this was posted already and no time to read all the posts tonight.

My offering from the olden days:

Ingredients:

All your old crap...seeds, stems, males and even bong water
Enough butter to cover the crap, couple pounds at least.

Tools:

Double boiler
Strainer
Cheese cloth
Your favorite recipe (excellent for brownies)

Method:

Put water in lower half of boiler
Thow the rest in the top
Cook on simmer, the longer the better, but 4 hours works
Keep checking the lower half of boiler to make sure it has water
When tired of waiting, pour "better butter" through strainer, then through a couple of layers of cheese cloth
Cook your favorite cookies with it...

Just thought I'd add an easy recipe for anyone interested and makes through making better butter:

Easy brownies:

1/4 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup flower
7 tbs. better butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cups walnuts (if you like)

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 8x8 baking pan. Melt better butter, if necessary and stir in cocoa. In seperate bowl beat eggs and sugar. Mix cocoa/butter and flour with eggs and pour into pan....

Bake for twenty minutes and cool for ten...enjoy...

Saw my girl friend at the time turn green after eating a couple of these...we both felt fine but I'm pretty sure she turned green.
