I think the actual problem is, the parents who can't afford to have children but do, the plethora of young ass girls who have babies by 3 different guys and the dumb ass guys who walk around fucking every chick they can with no condom.
These people aren't prepared for the responsibility of raising a person, they can't even take responsibility for the three seconds it takes to put on a condom.

with barely raised humans who come from crappy home lives and crappy parents, the quality of person that comes from this background usually isn't high. (yes, there are stars and successful people who come from humble backgrounds but that is not the norm and ya'll know it)

Major over population and funding issues for schools, people buying gas guzzling SUVs to transport their children, and the problem that hits me most, higher tuition prices for college.
