I would say the opposite mate! If Tony Blair stood down and Conservatives got in or Gordon Brown takes over from Blair, I believe they will re-classify to Class B!

It only got downgraded in the first place because David Blunkett said so, now he's gone, and I reckon his policy will soon aswell!
